Vantage Recreational Finance (VRF) is a financial solutions company that was founded by a group of marine & RV industry professionals with over 100 years of marine industry experience. Vantage primarily work with RV/AUTO/Marine locations. Vantage has relationships with quality lenders that service all 50 U.S. states. Many of these lenders are the leading financial institutions within the Marine and RV Industries. Because of this diverse group of lending options, Vantage has a solution for almost every personal credit situation.

The Challenge:

Vantage has a great service and reputation but struggled with creating a consistent flow of Appointments with new locations. Historically Vantage relied on inbound leads and referrals, thus cold outreach to dealerships not familiar with Vantage was a challenge. Additionally Vantage lacked the Sales expertise internally to put together an outbound Sales Strategy. Vantage understood that if they wanted to do cold outreach at scale they would either need to hire a sales team internally and manage that team (admin, payroll, management etc) or they could look for a partner who already has this in place.

Solutions:

HelloMQL specializes in targeting Auto Dealerships, rather then trying to hire internally Vantage partnered with HelloMQL. We enrolled Vantage into our appointment Setting Program. Over the course of 2 weeks we setup the campaign by learning what makes Vantage unique to their clients and understanding why dealerships would want to work with them. Within 2 weeks HelloMQL created an entire outbound Sales Campaign which included custom Sales Scripting (Cold Call, Email Drips, Linkedin, SMS etc) as well as a complete tech stack with automations (CRM, ESP, Subdomains, Landing Pages etc). As we gathered feedback from prospects our team made tweaks to scripting and objection handling. We hosted weekly calls with Vantage to share feedback and results, as well as created a shared Slack Channel and provided Daily/Weekly Reports with key KPIS.
