The Challenge:
Targeting Auto Dealerships is challenging, without the right tools, processes and team in place you can often burn cash at a high clip. Although Sensible had an inhouse Sales Team they struggled with creating a consistent line of Appointments for their closers to take. After years of trying to do this internally Sensible reached out to HelloMQL to learn about our Appointment Setting Services.
The Solution:
HelloMQL enrolled Sensible Auto into our Appointment Setting Campaign to target Auto Dealerships for Sensible Auto. Our team spent 2 weeks setting up the campaign and training on Sensible Autos Value Prop which included scripting (email, cold call etc) and tech (crm, esp, automation, etc). Once setup was complete we launched an omnichannel campaign across Email, Cold Call, LinkedIn, and Facebook to target Owners of a select list of Dealerships. Our team booked appointments right on our clients calendar and the prospect's calendar, as well we notified the clients via Slack and Email. In addition, we sent End of day reports, weekly reports, weekly calls and more to tweak copy and make adjustments throughout the campaign.
Results:
Prior to working with HelloMQL, Sensible Auto was creating 3 new Appointments per week. With HelloMQL Sensible Auto received on average 20 new Appointments per week!
