Dealer Scanning provides car dealerships with a simple to use customized scanning system for service departments and accounting to scan repair orders, deal jackets, parts invoices, and any dealership document. Dealer Scanning has transformed document retention and research processes for auto Dealerships by providing a software to scan files can be accessed within seconds, eliminating the need for manual searching.
The Challenge:
Dealer Scanning targets Auto Dealerships that did not have the ability to electronically scan documents. However, Dealerscanner strugglesd to know if the Auto Dealership already had the ability to scan documents electronically, the only way to know is by calling. L:ike many in the Auto Space, getting a hold of the decision maker can be challenging. Dealer Scanning was primarily relying on email sends to try to create Appointments with owner of Auto Dealerships who were not familiar with their company. Auto Dealerships owners are typically running around the Dealership putting fires out so catching them via email alone is typically not a reliable source. With this in mind Dealer Scanning was looking for a program that could act as an extension to their Sales Team and target specific Auto Dealerships on their behalf with the goal of create qualified sticky appointments based on the Dealerships Scanning documents.
