Alpine created a clean UI to be intuitive for shop techs as well as intelligence to direct shop managers toward efficient operations. Their customers receive functional dashboards for decision makers to quickly see the data needed to make good choices.
The Challenge
Historically Alpine relied on referrals and inbound leads for Sales Pipeline. TO properly scale Alpine understood they needed to create an outbound Sales Strategy to target their ideal customer profile. This initiative was large for Alpine, they were experts in the field but lacked Sales experiences. Alpine partnered HelloMQL to help create a study flow of Appointments via cold outreach.
Solutions:
HelloMQL specializes in targeting RV & Auto Dealerships, rather then trying to hire internally Alpine partnered with HelloMQL. We enrolled Alpine into our appointment Setting Program. Over the course of 2 weeks we setup the campaign by learning what makes Alpine unique to their clients and understanding why dealerships would want to work with them. Within 2 weeks HelloMQL created an entire outbound Sales Campaign which included custom Sales Scripting (Cold Call, Email Drips, Linkedin, SMS etc) as well as a complete tech stack with automations (CRM, ESP, Subdomains, Landing Pages etc). As we gathered feedback from prospects our team made tweaks to scripting and objection hanlding. We hosted weekly calls with Vantage to share feedback and resuilts, as well as created a shared Slack Channel and provided Daily/Weekly Reports with key KPIS.
